Employee Spotlight: June
Recruitment is a significant role in any organization. Not only does it strengthen employee engagement, but also offers other advantages from savings to building a culture of trust. The recruiter ‘s forte is in describing the position accurately so that any potential applicant will understand the key aspects of the work and be able to relate his or her skills to the requirements. It takes a dedicated individual to assist others in reaching their potential.
This month’s employee spotlight falls on June, whose role involves end-to-end recruitment processing within Yempo.
