In this role, you will be assigned to our Australia-based client, a HubSpot implementation partner, to help businesses sell smarter, work better, and grow faster. They bring together the latest in GTM, Deep Selling, and digital sales enablement mindset, skill set, and tool set.
About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic, curious, and driven Junior Automation Specialist to join the client’s growing team of digital problem-solvers. You’ll work alongside seasoned specialists to help implement, customize, and optimize HubSpot and/or Monday.com solutions for our diverse client base. If you’re passionate about learning and ready to roll up your sleeves to tackle technical challenges, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Grow Into
You’ll gain hands-on experience in designing technical solutions, working with APIs and custom integrations, and managing projects from scoping to deployment. This is a fantastic stepping stone toward becoming a more experienced Technical Specialist, Implementation Consultant, or Automation Strategist, and you’ll have the opportunity to focus longer term on your chosen technology stack (Monday.com or HubSpot).
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing HubSpot products across Sales, Marketing, Service, and CMS hubs
- Help set up basic workflows, fields, and automations that support business goals in Monday.com
- Participate in discovery sessions to map customer needs into tangible solutions
- Support data migration efforts and ensure accuracy across the various platforms
- Learn from and collaborate with senior specialists and clients to develop low-code automation solutions
- Conduct basic testing and user acceptance (UAT) reviews
- Maintain documentation for developed solutions, including guides and project notes
- As your skills progress, help run webinars, demos, and training sessions to support customer acquisition and onboarding
Your Background
- Ideally, 1–2 years of experience in a technical support, customer success, or implementation role (bonus points for Monday.com and/or HubSpot exposure, including certifications)
- Basic understanding of CRM concepts and automation tools, plus a thorough understanding of other software products and administration (i.e., Microsoft tools)
- Strong attention to detail and a knack for solving problems creatively
- Ability to clearly explain technical ideas to non-technical audiences
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A sense of ownership, positivity, and curiosity in the work you do and people you work with
