About the Role
The primary responsibility of this role will be to support the client’s team out on the road by ensuring all meeting notes are accurately recorded in our Odoo CRM system and by completing all quotes, proposals, and presentations following the meetings.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately transcribe meeting notes into Odoo CRM.
• Prepare and complete all quotes for potential clients.
• Develop comprehensive proposals based on team discussions and client needs.
• Create and refine presentations for various business development purposes.
• Assist in coordinating schedules and logistics for team meetings and client appointments.
• Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
• Provide administrative support to the Business Development Team as needed.
Your Background
• Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a sales or business development environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Odoo.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
