Your Responsibilities

• Developing an understanding of business operations and contributing departments
• Defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reports for departmental and company-wide performance
• Develop, implement, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Design and implement data models to streamline business intelligence processes and improve reporting efficiency.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis/reports to answer business questions and seek data-based insights for business operations improvement
• Monitor data quality and resolve any issues in collaboration with data owners
• Keep up to date with industry trends and BI best practices to continuously improve tools, reporting processes, and data governance

Your Background 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with excel and Power BI, and a strong understanding of databases and SQL
• Proficient in developing, publishing, and scheduling Power BI reports
• Experience in designing DAX queries on Power BI desktop
• Knowledge in M Query and Power Query
• Knowledge of data modeling principles and practices to ensure efficient data structure and flow.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative solutions based on data insights.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting

Nice to have
• Experience in Python for data visualization in Power BI
• Experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience in Business Central reporting
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms
