In this role, you will be assigned to our UK-based client. They bring the integrated expertise and experienced network required to create and deliver exceptional healthcare spaces.
The expertise of their multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals spans the full spectrum of hospital design and delivery workflows – including new hospital builds, refurbishment, and repurposing of healthcare facilities.
About the Role
The Tender & Bids Associate plays a critical role in securing new business opportunities through the development of compelling, commercially sound, and compliant bid submissions. Ensuring that we are positioned on the correct frameworks for our organization and methodology. You will lead the end-to-end tendering process for projects, working cross-functionally with design, pre-construction, delivery, sales, and corporate services to produce high-quality bids that align with client requirements and the organization’s strategy.
Your Responsibilities
- Support with the creation of high-quality framework applications under the direction of the tenders & bids manager
- Support with the preparation and submission of high-quality tender and bid applications/ documentation
- Learn the process of framework application until able to do so unaided and plan the submission
- Submit applications via relevant portals
- Help maintain a centralized database of framework memberships, deadlines, and performance metrics
- Support with the maintenance of a bid library
- Learn to identify and evaluate tender opportunities that align with our methodology and capabilities
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information for applications
- Submit management information (monthly reports) and respond to clarifications, as required
- Adherence to the company management systems and QHSES responsibilities as defined within the ‘overview and context of the organization’ document.
