Your Responsibilities

  • Quote follow up
  • Managing Customer Accounts
  • Having meaningful conversations with existing customers through phone to understand their requirements and how to get them to purchase more from Vitta
  • Nurturing customers to ensure we offer them the best service and products

Your Background

  • Proven experience in an Account Manager position or a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly motivated and confident
  • Time management, organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to learn business context quickly
  • High level of computer competence
