Our Client

In this position, you will be assigned to our client located in Sydney.  They have helped individuals and businesses turn financial possibilities into realities; sharing financial intelligence, delivering actionable insights, building tailored solutions and taking care of all the practical details in between.

Your Responsibilities

  • Project managing and providing the key deliverables required for the successful execution of client engagements, such as financial models, Information Memorandums, and other reports depending on the nature of the engagement.
  • Critically analyzing company data and market information.
  • Building financial models or validating third-party models.
  • Contributing to financial due diligence engagements by conducting investigations, developing high quality data books, and authoring associated reports.
  • Undertaking industry and company research for business development and marketing purposes.
  • Interacting and building relationships with partners, clients, and any other key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Developing, coaching, and mentoring junior team members.
  • Includes corporate valuation models, supporting debt & equity capital raising activities (project & corporate level), contributing to deal collateral and other operational matters.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance / business-related discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Exposure to S&P Capital IQ or LSEG’s Refinitiv is desirable.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint and Word capability.
  • Experience in a large accounting firm – Big Four experience desirable.
  • Experience in Corporate Finance or Investment Banking.
