Customer Support Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Support Analyst working on a dayshift in our Manila site. You must be WFH capable with strong internet connection as we are home-based for the duration of the pandemic.

Our client is an Australian based organisation providing IT and business management services to digital content creators. They specialise in managing online subscription platforms with large user bases. 

Your Responsibilities 

  • Replying to emails 
  • Moderating comments on website and social media 
  • Manage email and chat customer service 
  • Manage FB customer service 
  • Data entry 
  • Order processing 

Your Background 

  • 2-5 years’ experience in customer support / service 
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Must be willing and able to work on weekends 
  • Experience with Shopify and Freshdesk is highly desirable but not required
