Our client is an Australian based organisation providing IT and business management services to digital content creators. They specialise in managing online subscription platforms with large user bases.
- Replying to emails
- Moderating comments on website and social media
- Manage email and chat customer service
- Manage FB customer service
- Data entry
- Order processing
- 2-5 years’ experience in customer support / service
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be willing and able to work on weekends
- Experience with Shopify and Freshdesk is highly desirable but not required
