Key Responsibilities

What does a day or week in the life of the role look like?

  • Managing Inbox
  • Forwarding emails that other team members need to action
  • Replying to emails
  • Receiving WhatsApp Messages / Voice Notes and carrying out consequently required actions or communicating required actions to other team members
  • Preparing & Revising Quotations
  • Collating information from relevant emails for project handovers to quotations
  • Arranging diary for more efficient travelling

Skills and Experience:

  • Reliability & Following instructions are essential
  • Good Communication Skills are essential
  • Industry knowledge of blinds would be helpful but not essential as training will be given.
  • Basic experience of understanding construction floor plans is also useful but easy to learn if there is no experience.
  • Experience in analyzing floor plans and interpreting drawings is preferred
  • Knowledgeable using Pipedrive CRM is preferred.
