L2 Technical Support Analyst

In this position, you will be assigned to our Australian-based client who champion innovative technology in the cloud to empower businesses to achieve greater connectivity, productivity, and communication. Your Responsibilities

The L2 Technical Support Analyst role provides a high level of support, system administration and troubleshooting while developing relationships between clients and the company.

The role responsibilities include:

  • Monitor the ticketing system, resolve, respond as necessary or escalate to the appropriate team
  • Ensure all tickets have been responded to within 4 hours of entering the system
  • Monitor the live chat system and accept all incoming chats
  • Manage incoming phone calls to the support line
  • Perform other tasks in the support of the organization and our clients as directed.
  • Participate in the development, + view and maintenance of Standard Operating

Your Background

  • At least 3 years experience as a L2 technical business analyst or similar.
  • Experienced with managing multiple ticketing system tools.
  • Experience in WordPress and Google Workspace.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
