The Role

This is a hands-on role focused on content creation, email marketing, CRM management and marketing coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with designers and the sales team to deliver the marketing plan. The role is working for full-time hours and some overlap with UK morning working hours preferred. Excellent written English is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation (approx. 40%)

  • Write and publish blog articles, website content and marketing copy
  • Create social media posts aligned with the marketing plan
  • Work with our graphic designer to develop supporting visuals
  • Maintain and update website content through WordPress and Magento
  • Use modern content tools, including AI platforms such as ChatGPT, to assist with research and drafting

Email Marketing & Campaigns (approx. 30%)

  • Build and send marketing email campaigns
  • Maintain marketing lists and segmentation
  • Assist with campaign planning and scheduling
  • Track campaign performance and report results

CRM & Lead Management (approx. 20%)

  • Monitor inbound enquiries through HubSpot
  • Qualify and triage inbound leads
  • Route leads to the correct member of the sales team
  • Maintain CRM data quality and contact records

Marketing Coordination (approx. 10%)

  • Assist with the implementation of the marketing content plan
  • Coordinate tasks between marketing, design and sales teams
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing function

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Experience writing marketing or online content
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience using marketing platforms or CRM systems (Magento, WordPress)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote role
  • Comfortable using digital tools and AI platforms to support content creation

Desirable:

  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Experience with using Trello for team/task coordination
  • Experience running email marketing campaigns
  • Basic video creation or editing skills for marketing content
