Your Responsibilities:
CRM Management
- Responsible for management of contact data in Hubspot to ensure that information is populated and up to date
- Extract and manage data from Cognism to identify opportunities and leads.
- Export and load into HubSpot / Mailchimp and/or other email marketing platforms, ensuring seamless integration.
- Build targeted lists in HubSpot based on specific campaign requirements.
Campaign Management
- Manage the process of uploading the relevant e-mail content for execution of campaigns via Mailchimp.
- Add contacts to workflows and sequences in HubSpot to execute multi-touch campaigns.
- Make recommendations on campaign and creative executions to both internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
- Manage and optimize email and LinkedIn outreach sequences to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Monitor the progress of campaigns and ensure timely execution and follow-up actions.
- Manage ongoing campaign performance: flag underperformance issues, provide campaign performance reports using Mailchimp and HubSpot’s analytics and reporting tools.
- Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, offering actionable insights for improvement.
- Track key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, making data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
Document Management
- Maintain a library of documents and marketing assets within HubSpot, including case studies, blogs, videos, white papers, and more.
- Ensure that all content is up to date, organized, and easily accessible for campaign use.
LinkedIn Administration
- Manage LinkedIn account by engaging with prospects, liking relevant content, following companies, and maintaining a presence to nurture relationships.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to connect with potential opportunities, leads, and clients.
- Leverage data from LinkedIn via Cognism into HubSpot to inform and guide outreach efforts via email campaigns
Administration and Operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for campaign enquiries and operational support.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of contacts, ensuring all data is compliant by country and follows business standards.
- Provide feedback on processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Administration tasks as required: maintaining the action tracker, documenting actions from meetings, and chasing up colleagues for progress reports
Skills Required:
- HubSpot for data management, campaign execution, and reporting.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and client engagement.
- Understanding of Cognism and Mailchimp is desirable
- Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Excel, Word)

Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years in a digital marketing or campaign management role.
- Experience in CRM management, especially HubSpot, is essential.
- Experience with Cognism and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools desirable.
