The Role

Primary objective is to maintain and optimise client’s performance across Paid Search and Paid Social channels while ensuring data integrity through precise tracking.

Your Responsibilities and Background

Paid Search Management (Google Ads)

  • Account Optimisation: Manage campaign structure, keyword strategy, and bidding methodologies across all active regions.
  • Performance Metrics: Execute ongoing optimisation with a strict focus on CPC, CPA, and ROAS targets.
  • Creative & Budgeting: Conduct ad copy testing/refinement and monitor budget pacing to prevent over/underspend.
  • Reporting: Deliver monthly performance reports containing actionable data

Paid Social Management

  • Platforms: Primary focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram); expansion to other platforms as required.
  • Campaign Operations: Handle full-cycle setup, management, and audience targeting refinement
  • Creative Strategy: Provide guidance on creative testing and optimise based on performance data.
  • Budgeting: Manage channel allocation to maximise efficiency.

Analytics & Technical Tracking

  • Infrastructure: Configure and maintain GA4 properties for all entities.
  • Tag Management: Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) updates, including event tracking and validation.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve cross-platform tracking discrepancies (Conversion pixels, server-side tracking, etc.) to ensure data accuracy

Your Qualifications

  • Technical Proficiency:

Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and GA4/GTM.

  • Analytical Mindset:

Ability to interpret complex datasets to drive logical decision-making.

  • Attention to Detail:

Precision in budget management and tracking setup is mandatory.

  • Multi-Regional Experience:

Proven ability to manage campaigns across different languages and territories (US, EU focus).

  • Daily Performance Monitoring
