About the Role
The client is developing a new e-commerce site and needs product content on the current site compiled, cleaned and improved from multiple sources. This role is to build out a full database of approximately 2,000 product entries. The client would want to have the first 200 set up the soonest.

Each product entry should include:

• Product name and code
• Description (draft new or cleaned up/edited)
• Image/s (find missing images/ most up to date from supplier source, saved as product
• code and linked to description
• Short description with key selling points (bullet format)
• Product specification/attributes (sizes, weight, technical info)
• Safety info (if applicable)
• Downloads (PDFs or links)
• Title Tags and Meta Descriptions for SEO

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull info from current database/website
• Check supplier websites, and contact them where needed for more info or images
• Flag any missing data/images

Deliverables:
• A spreadsheet or table with the complete product records
• Folder or links to images and documents
• Notes where data was unclear or missing
