The Role

As a Sales Administrator, the role is to display exceptional customer service skills and support customers with any enquiries, process all sales orders, quotations/customer queries in accordance with the agreed SLAs. This will also help support the sales team with administrative tasks, including supporting the customer service team with all processing to free up their load.

Your Responsibilities and Background

  • Being active in the ‘sales’ inbox with any processes that need completing or any customer queries that need responding to.
  • Providing Sales team with any support they require. Including any admin tasks that can free up their time.
  • Constantly educating customers about client’s account and resources.
  • Providing end-users with details of their nearest distributor.
  • Keeping a detailed record of client data, including useful comments, as well as positive or negative feedback.
  • Owning the customer interaction and doing what it takes to make it a remarkable experience.
  • Continually identifying where you can improve your personal skills, learning every day, and embracing new technology as it develops.
  • Keeping customers informed about their orders.
  • Support customer service with any administrative tasks such as raising orders, creating quotes/price lists, pulling reports, meeting follow-up etc.
  • Be willing and flexible to complete any task that comes; improving a customers’ experience or freeing up other colleagues’ time.
