In this position, you will be assigned to our client in Peterborough, England. They have built a family of businesses through investment and organic growth centered around one common goal – to deliver better healthcare, faster.

Your Responsibilities

• Managing diary and travel
• Responding to emails on behalf of the manager
• Responding to general HR queries
• Onboarding new starters
• Administration for HR
• Sourcing and recruiting candidates
• Preparing and facilitating meetings
• Jump on calls to potential recruits and have quick interviews with them

Your Background

• Minimum of three (3) years experience as a Virtual Assistant or a similar position
• Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources
• Clear English communication skills
• Organized and has strong attention to detail
• Good English writing skills
• Ability to use positive language
• Attentiveness
• Time management skills
• Someone who understands veterinary or livestock would be desirable but not essential
• Ability to learn business context quickly
• High level of computer competence
