Our Client

In this position you will be assigned to our client, situated in Hongkong. They are a leading alternative investment firm focused on APAC which focus on private equity, real assets, and credit & markets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and executing infrastructure and cybersecurity projects within our organization.
  • Developing and executing project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, allocate resources, and determine project priorities.
  • Creating and managing project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within approved financial constraints.
  • Monitoring and tracking project progress, identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues.
  • Coordinating with external vendors and contractors to ensure the timely completion of project tasks and deliverables.
  • Conducting regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Preparing and presenting project reports, including project status, milestones achieved, and key performance indicators.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and office renovation.
  • Fostering a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork among project team members.
  • Continuously improving project management processes and methodologies, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • May extend project management responsibilities to other technology projects as needed.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience in project management, preferably in the areas of infrastructure, cybersecurity, or office renovation.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Experience with financial institutions is a plus.
