Your Responsibilities
The Virtual Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across various business functions. This role requires a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Training will be provided for specialized tasks, and experience with tools such as Shopify or Xero will be considered an advantage.
Administrative Support
- Organize and schedule meetings
- Manage calendars and coordinate appointments
- Prepare reports, documents, and other administrative materials
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, file management, record keeping, and handling email correspondence
Automation & AI Support
- Work with automation tools and AI platforms to improve workflow efficiency
- Assist in setting up and maintaining automated processes
Customer Service
- Handle inbound phone calls and customer inquiries
- Provide support and resolve basic customer concerns in a timely manner
Sales & E-commerce Support
- Assist with sales-related tasks
- Support activities on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify); experience preferred but not required
Research
- Conduct online research as needed
- Compile, analyze, and present findings to support business decisions
Basic Accounting Support
- Perform simple accounting and bookkeeping tasks
- Training will be provided; prior accounting experience not required
- Familiarity with Xero software is preferred but not essential
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good verbal and written communication abilities
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
