In this position you will be assigned to our UK-based client. They are equipped with 25 years of experience in delivering specialist pressure care comfort for patients and individuals. They offer specialized products and clinical help to incorporate pressure care into their organization’s culture while being cost-effective.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administration support across all departments of the business.
- Support the EA with reporting using excel
- Working with sales leads data to import into the CRM
- Helping maintain the health and safety records for the company
- Helping to maintain the ISO records for the company
- Help maintain the PMS records for the company
- Assist the finance department with credit control emails, electronic filling and processing of purchase invoices
- Management of the finance inbox
- Any other administration tasks for the EA
- At least 5 years’ experience as virtual assistant providing general support and administration
- Experience using CRM tools
- Proficiency in MS Office 365
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
