Our Client
In this position, you will be assigned to a healthcare specialist business focused on developing and implementing technologies and services to reduce the risk of patients, staff and the public acquiring infection in clinical and non-clinical environments.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing CRM system
- Scheduling technician to go out to the site
- Calling leads to try and book appointments
- Managing customer service inbox
- Resolving customer service issues
- Taking inbound calls
- Arranging customer appointments for the sales manager
- Invoicing clients
- Chasing payments
Your Background
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Virtual Assistant or similar position
- Clear English communication skills
- Good English writing skills
- Ability to use positive language
- Attentiveness
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Ability to learn business context quickly
- High level of computer competence
