Our Client

In this position, you will be assigned to a healthcare specialist business focused on developing and implementing technologies and services to reduce the risk of patients, staff and the public acquiring infection in clinical and non-clinical environments.

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing CRM system
  • Scheduling technician to go out to the site
  • Calling leads to try and book appointments
  • Managing customer service inbox
  • Resolving customer service issues
  • Taking inbound calls
  • Arranging customer appointments for the sales manager
  • Invoicing clients
  • Chasing payments

Your Background

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Virtual Assistant or similar position
  • Clear English communication skills
  • Good English writing skills
  • Ability to use positive language
  • Attentiveness
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to learn business context quickly
  • High level of computer competence
