Virtual Assistant – Sales

We have an exciting day shift, Manila-based opportunity available for a Virtual Assistant – Sales. Hybrid set up or three times a week for the first six months, with an opportunity to work-from-home.

In this position, you will join our back-office team, which actively supports the day-to-day running of our business. You’ll be working alongside a long-tenured and close-knit team of friendly staff in both Cebu and Manila.

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing LinkedIn Sales Navigator tasks, including account and lead management, sending connection requests and inviting to follow the company’s page
  • Reviewing and forwarding queries and responses from various channels such as the website and LinkedIn Sales Navigator inbox
  • Preparing partnership proposals based on the prospect’s requirements
  • Overseeing the company’s CRM using HubSpot
  • Managing the company’s contact/mailing lists, ensuring the database is updated
  • Conduct research on prospective clients, leads and competitors
  • Generating month-end reports from the sales activities
  • Researching job posts to identify hiring companies on several platforms
  • Providing support to other Sales and Marketing activities

Your Background

  • 2-4 years of work experience as a Virtual or Admin Assistant or relevant role
  • Self-sufficient with good initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Good practical experience with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), SharePoint, OneDrive, and project management tools
  • Relevant experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM management tools
  • Possess integrity and dependability to complete assigned work on time
  • Experience working with foreigners
