My 10 Years with Yempo

It started in 2016.
My employer at that time was a construction firm, and my colleagues and I were asked to move to a new Employer of Record, Yempo Solutions. We were worried about having to go through training again before getting regularized after 5 years of working with the company.
Back then, I had no idea what Yempo was. But we had a meeting with CEO Michelle Fiegehen, who explained everything about the new organization. After the meeting, everything got clarified. All my doubts – gone.
We started as regular employees and all the benefits we received from our previous employer were provided, and more. On our first day of working at Yempo, the management was very welcoming. They even introduced us to other teams, including those in another building.
In my role as a formwork designer at Yempo, I have faced different challenges, and ups and down. But I have chosen to remain working with the company, where I’ve learned a lot of things that I believe other companies cannot provide. I now consider it as my second home.
Time has passed, and I almost did not realize that it’s been 10 years. Yempo gave me a dream job, and work-life balance. I can still see my self working with the company until the day I retire.
